You will review and process incoming invoices from our vendors and ensure that we have access to appropriate vendors for each purpose. In this context, you take responsibility for delivery terms and conditions and ensure compliance with agreed payment and delivery targets. You are responsible for the proper recording, verification and billing of services rendered from the consulting area and the billing of our software solution. In addition, you are responsible for invoicing our customers as well as cross-project controlling in close cooperation with the consultants.

You maintain an overview as an interface to our external financial accounting department and are responsible for processing the travel costs and expenses of colleagues. You are responsible for the entire internal controlling, forecasting and reconciliation with the monthly BWAs from external accounting. Ideally, you will also support our colleagues in sales with the preparation of offers and the review of orders as well as general terms and conditions.
