We are in the early stages of building our UK team, offering an exciting opportunity to actively shape our presence in a growing market. As a Senior Project Manager , you will play a key role in driving successful project implementations while also contributing to our long-term strategy.

You will work closely with our Director UK, supporting the development of our UK operations and contributing to strategic projects that will define the future of Bee360 in the UK market. As we grow, new leadership roles and responsibilities will emerge, creating opportunities for you to step up into key positions. You will collaborate with our international team to develop best practices for the UK market and bring valuable insights back to our global organisation.

Your expertise will directly contribute to building long-term customer relationships and refining our best practices for the UK market. As Bee360 expands, your role may evolve to include additional leadership responsibilities, providing long-term growth opportunities.

Your Role & Responsibilities

We are looking for experienced project managers with a strong background in enterprise software implementation to drive successful deployment of the Bee360 SaaS platform for our customers. As a Senior Project Manager, you will own and lead multiple project engagements, ensuring structured execution, seamless integration, and measurable business impact.

1. Oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning and resource allocation to execution, risk management, budget control, stakeholder coordination, and proactive issue resolution—while acting as a key interface between customers and internal teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical solution design, and project milestones.
2. Maintain a strategic, high-level overview—focusing on planning and execution—without getting lost in operational details.
3. Ensure a seamless and efficient transition for customers by aligning processes, minimising disruption, and proactively addressing potential challenges.
4. Translate business requirements into clear, actionable insights for our technical teams to execute effectively.
5. Guide and support customers in optimising their structures and workflows with Bee360, ensuring effective change and sustainable improvements.
6. Actively engage with customer and internal stakeholders, bringing the right experts on board and ensuring all necessary resources are in place to create a high-performing environment.
7. Design and lead workshops to equip customers with the knowledge to fully integrate Bee360 into their daily operations.
8. Build and maintain long-term, trusted customer relationships, acting as a strategic partner to drive continuous improvements and maximise the value of Bee360.
9. Work with the product management and development organisation to channel customer feedback into future releases of the Bee360 product suite.

Your Profile

• 7+ years of experience in project management and complex enterprise software
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Proven track record in delivering complex projects end-to-end , ensuring successful implementation within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Strong leadership in managing cross-functional teams , ensuring accountability and driving project momentum.
• Excellent organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Client-focused mindset with the ability to build long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor .
• Team player with strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate business needs into practical, results-driven solutions .
• A proactive, structured, and goal-oriented approach with a hands-on attitude.
• Based in the UK with the flexibility to work remotely.
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and occasional kick-off sessions at our headquarters in Karlsruhe, Germany
