As a Senior Project Manager, you shape the implementation of demanding customer projects – with responsibility, foresight, and a hands‑on mentality. You move confidently between strategy and execution, communication and structure – with the goal of steering projects efficiently and creating real value.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Project Manager, you take on multiple projects simultaneously and ensure their structured execution, seamless integration, and measurable business success:

• Overall responsibility for the entire project lifecycle – from planning, resource management and execution to risk management, budget control and stakeholder management through proactive problem-solving
• Interface between customers and internal teams – ensuring alignment of business requirements, technical solution architecture, and project milestones
• Strategic planning and implementation – with an eye for the big picture, without getting lost in operational details
• Smooth transitions through process coordination and early resolution of potential challenges
• Structured preparation of customer requirements and translation into clear tasks for technical consultants
• Supporting customers in optimizing their structures and processes – sustainable change included
• Building high-performing project teams and actively involving all relevant stakeholders
• Designing and conducting workshops for successful integration of Bee360 into existing workflows
• Building long-term, trusting customer relationships – as a strategic advisor to maximize Bee360 value
• Collaborating with product management and development to incorporate customer feedback into the further development of our solution

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in project management, ideally in software or IT-related projects
• Completed degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable field
• Proven success in end-to-end implementation of complex projects within time and budget constraints
• Leadership experience in cross-functional teams and high level of personal responsibility
• Strong organizational, analytical, and solution-oriented skills
• Customer orientation and the ability to build long-term relationships
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking and ability to translate business requirements into concrete solutions
• Structured, proactive, and goal-oriented working style with hands‑on mentality
• Willingness to travel occasionally to our customers
