BeeO by BioHive SA is an organic buffet café and market in the heart of Crans-Montana, dedicated to holistic wellbeing and sustainable living.
At the BeeO Energy Buffet, fresh dishes are prepared daily using carefully selected, predominantly whole and minimally processed organic ingredients, inspired by research into longevity and holistic health. Guests can enjoy the food on site or take it home as the basis for quick, healthy meals.
Our market offers organic seasonal produce, sourdough bread, products from Valais, natural cosmetics and selected household goods, alongside complimentary Wi-Fi, workspace, health and wellbeing literature, and family-friendly facilities.

The Role
This is a genuinely hands-on leadership position combining strategic management with active involvement in the daily operation of our buffet café and organic market.
Working closely with the Board of Directors, you will develop and execute a clear growth strategy for BeeO. You will be responsible for revenue development, cost control, budgeting, liquidity planning and achieving the company’s financial objectives.
You will lead the team, organise day-to-day operations and ensure a consistently high-quality product and guest experience.
Your responsibilities will also include optimising the product range, purchasing, production and market processes; developing new revenue streams; and building B2B collaborations as well as local partnerships.
You will represent BeeO externally and ensure that our values are reflected in the way the business operates every day.
This is a full-time, on-site position in Crans-Montana for an entrepreneurial leader who enjoys taking ownership, working alongside the team and actively building a young company.
Qualifications
- Several years of leadership and operational management experience, ideally in hospitality, gastronomy, food retail or a comparable environment
- Entrepreneurial mindset with demonstrated experience in revenue growth, cost control, budgeting and operational optimisation
- Strong commercial awareness and the ability to translate ideas into measurable business results
- Willingness to work actively in day-to-day operations and take responsibility during demanding operational periods
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills
- Genuine affinity with organic food, holistic wellbeing, sustainability and responsible consumption
- Valid Valais operating qualification/licence (Betriebsbewilligung / autorisation d’exploiter ) or the ability and willingness to obtain the required qualification promptly
- Very good command of French and English ; German is an advantage
