We’re now looking for a Legal Operations Manager (m/f/d) to strengthen and scale the operational foundation of our services. If you’re detail-oriented, structured, and excited about driving efficiency where law meets tech, this role is for you.

Your Role

• Oversee and manage the smooth delivery of our legal services.
• Ensure compliance, quality, and consistency across workflows.
• Improve processes, structures, and systems to help us scale.
• Act as the operational link between our customers, partners, and internal teams.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years of experience in legal operations, compliance, or paralegal work (experience in corporate or notarial environments is a plus).
• A structured, process-driven mindset with strong organizational skills.
• The ability to work accurately, handle multiple priorities, and communicate clearly.
• Fluency in German and English.
