Collaborate with the CEO to align project management with business goals. Provide leadership to a team of Project Managers in Asia, implementing best practices and optimizing performance. Ensure resource allocation, implement risk management practices, and facilitate effective communication with stakeholders for successful project outcomes.

Extensive experience (5 to 10 years) in senior project management roles, ideally in consumer electronics industry.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to achieve successful project outcomes. Experience managing remote teams, particularly in the Asia region.
