Wetake BEYOND BORDERS seriously : you shape your program and decide whichboundaries you want to cross during the 18 months. The details of the programare flexible and individually coordinated with us (you can find moreinformation about the program here ). Strong trainee network : the international trainee community thrives on constantinteraction between experienced and new trainees from different countries. Contractual conditions : Choose between starting in March or September 2025. The contract is permanent from the beginning, and comes with an attractive, above-average salary. With a Bachelor’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary ofover 60,000 euros. With a Master’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary of over 65,000 euros. I embarked my Beiersdorf journey asMarketing trainee in 2002. Thereafter, I worked in different local, regional,and global roles in our HQ & Dutch Affiliate.
