Benefits of the BEYOND BORDERS Trainee Program
We take BEYOND BORDERS seriously : you shape your program and decide which boundaries you want to cross during the 18 months. The details of the program are flexible and individually coordinated with us.
Strong trainee network : the international trainee community thrives on constant interaction between experienced and new trainees from different countries.
Contractual conditions : Choose between starting in March or September 2025. The contract is permanent from the beginning, and comes with an attractive, above-average salary.
- With a Bachelor’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary of over 55,000 euros.
- With a Master’s degree, you will start with a gross annual salary of over 60,000 euros.
A mentor, buddy (experienced trainee), and the HR program managers accompany you from the start.
