Manager MU Finance Services Europe (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Provide functional and disciplinary leadership for the regional \“Finance Services Europe\“ in Global Finance Services (GFS).
• Monitor and steer the Operational Regional Finance Organization in RTR, PTP, & OTC to ensure:

• Monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing according to IFRS and local GAAP, including taxes.
• Compliance with corporate governance requirements (e.g., processes).
• Operational performance, including quality and efficiency KPIs.
• Initiate and follow up on harmonization, standardization, and optimization efforts.
• Support and contribute to project roll-outs in the region, including coordination, facilitation, support, post-optimization, and managing local specificities and exceptions.

Your Profile

• University degree in Business Administration.
• Over 5 years of experience in Accounting (RTR, PTP, & OTC).
• Leadership skills to manage and steer a team.
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of financial systems, especially SAP FI/CO.
• International finance and accounting experience.
• Overall process knowledge of interface areas such as SD, MM, BI.
• Good social skills, personal integrity, and a mindset geared towards process improvement.
• Ability to operate effectively in an international and intercultural environment.
• Strong team orientation and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
