Join us in our Recruiting Team on our new Campus.
You are responsible for the entire end-to-end recruiting process from fresh career starters to seasoned executives from around the world, which will be based mainly at Beiersdorf Headquarter in Hamburg, Germany.
- Using diagnostic methods and competency-based interviews, you select the right candidates, winning over these talents to join our teams.
- As experienced expert, you provide guidance to our hiring managers, collaborating closely with them and the HR Business Partners to define and execute effective recruiting strategies that you will validate against data.
- Relying on a mere \“post-and-pray\“ approach has never been satisfying for you. Proactively tapping into other national and international channels and leveraging your vast network, you scout for the finest talents.
- Your commitment to continuous improvement drives you to initiate projects, bringing your innovative ideas and the latest trends to life in the world of recruiting.
- Be a partner for new hired employees to navigate through relocation from diverse destinations around the world to Hamburg.
Your Profile
- With a university degree in economics, psychology or a related field as base you have proven already for several years your experience in full circle recruitment with international candidates.
- Your passion lies in attracting and selecting the most suitable candidates and you are eager to deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
- You have proven yourself to be a competent and assertive consultant for your internal stakeholders.
- You have a good knowledge of diagnostics and apply this skillfully in interviews as well as in the conceptual improvement of the selection process.
- You are experienced in recruitment marketing, active sourcing, and recruiting analytics.
- You already are used to work in a complex global environment, supported relocations and are used to work with German workers councils and German Labor law.
- You like to work data-driven and possess a deep interest in HR tech.
- Ideally experiences with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Fluent in English you navigate international recruitment with confidence. At least good German language skills and the willingness to improve them are required.
Ideally valid work permit for Germany.

Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
