SC Strategy Consultant / CSCO Office (all genders)

Your Tasks

We are looking for a motivated and proactive team player to join our SC Strategy team, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Are you passionate about supply chain, love being close to decision-making, and thrive in managing multiple projects? If so, we want to hear from you!

In the role of SC Strategy Consultant / CSCO Office, you will support the effectiveness of our CSCO by assisting in decision-making, managing daily operations, and leading strategic projects. You will work with the SC Strategy team to implement our #BEAT SC Strategy and gain insights into key SC topics.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Shape SC strategy: Define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals to drive value, efficiency, and innovation.
2. Leverage data: Analyze data to identify trends and deliver insights for strategic decisions and operational improvements.
3. Collaborate and scale: Work with stakeholders across departments to align strategies and drive initiatives.
4. Lead projects: Manage SC transformations, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to enhance performance and growth.
5. Support CSCO agenda: Prepare and implement key initiatives and communications.
6. Facilitate meetings and events: Organize and lead discussions with executives and teams.
7. Manage projects: Take ownership of selected projects, ensuring high-quality standards and follow-up with responsible teams.
8. Maintain organizational pulse: Gather feedback and insights to enhance CSCO communication and impact.

Your Profile

• Experienced supply chain professional with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in SC functions.
• Proven success in managing complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent skills in storytelling, PowerPoint, Excel, and data management.
• Strategic thinker capable of navigating global trends and operational challenges.
• Skilled in data analytics with strong business acumen and curiosity for improvements.
• Collaborative, influential, and able to work with diverse teams on large-scale projects.
• Organized, self-motivated, and adaptable in dynamic environments.
• Reliable, discreet, and committed to confidentiality.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
