We are looking for a motivated and proactive team player to join our SC Strategy team, reporting directly to the Chief Supply Chain Officer. Are you passionate about supply chain, love being close to decision-making, and thrive in managing multiple projects? If so, we want to hear from you!
In the role of SC Strategy Consultant / CSCO Office, you take responsibility for supporting the effectiveness of our CSCO. You assist in the creation and coordination of important decisions, run the day-to-day business, and drive selected deep dives and projects of special importance. In an environment of continuous change, you are one of the trusted advisors and facilitators. You will work with the SC Strategy team to implement our #BEAT SC Strategy and gain insights into all relevant SC topics driving our strategy forward.
Relevant Tasks Include

• Shape SC strategy: Help define and execute a strategic roadmap aligned with company goals, driving business value, efficiency, and innovation.
• Leverage data: Analyze data to uncover patterns and trends, delivering insights that drive strategic decision-making and optimize operations.
• Collaborate and scale: Work closely with SC stakeholders and other departments to align strategies and drive impactful initiatives.
• Lead projects: Drive SC transformations, process optimization, and other strategic initiatives to improve performance and fuel growth.
• Support the preparation and impactful implementation of the CSCO agenda.
• Prepare the CSCO’s communication, events, and interactions with executives, functions, and regions.
• Prepare and facilitate key meetings and events.
• Take on selected projects for the CSCO and implement them in compliance with the highest quality standards.
• Ensure high-quality content and setup by collecting, analyzing, and compiling information; drive follow-ups with responsible senior managers and teams.
• Stay connected to the pulse of the organization, collect feedback on CSCO communication, and bring your insights into discussions to increase the positive impact of the CSCO.

Your Profile

• A supply chain enthusiast with several years of professional experience, comprehensive knowledge, and practical experience in SC functions.
• Experience in successfully managing complex projects as well as challenging stakeholder management.
• Excellent storytelling, PowerPoint, Excel, and database skills.
• A strategic thinker who can navigate global market trends and operational challenges, turning insights into actions that drive business impact.
• Skilled in data analytics, with strong business acumen and curiosity to drive improvements.
• A collaborator at heart, skilled at influencing and working with diverse leaders and teams across the organization to deliver large-scale projects.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in dynamic environments—juggling multiple priorities while keeping your eye on what matters most.
• Reliable, loyal, and discreet.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
