Overview
In this role you drive regional medical affairs for hematology, partnering with global and regional teams to shape product strategies, data dissemination, and KOL engagement. You will lead scientific partnerships, support pre‑launch to lifecycle management, and ensure compliant medical input across Europe. The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on collaboration with clinicians, researchers, and commercial colleagues to advance BeOne’s oncology portfolio. You will be a trusted scientific partner advancing patient care and BeOne’s mission.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Matrix leadership in the disease area and regional medical strategy development
- Regional data dissemination and publication planning
- HCP interactions including investigator meetings and advisory boards
- Collaboration with regional commercial teams for pre-launch, launch, and commercialization input
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with national/regional KOLs and other healthcare providers
- Management and execution of regional medical meetings (advisory boards, consultant meetings)
- Budget planning and management for disease area Medical Affairs
- Ensuring compliant business practices and ethical medical conduct
- Regional collaboration with Global Medical Affairs and other regions to align messaging and strategies
- Plan and track goals and objectives for BeOne’s hematology portfolio
- Support for research collaborations, guideline development, and organizational partnerships
Zentrale Anforderungen
- MD or PhD in relevant biomedical field
- Minimum 7 years of experience in biotech/pharma with Hemato-Oncology focus
- Proven track record in clinical and industry roles within hematology-oncology
- Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel ~50%
- Ability to work in a global, matrix environment
