Overview
In this role you will lead regional medical affairs in hematology-oncology, shaping strategy across Europe and ensuring alignment with global priorities. You work closely with regional and local teams to integrate medical input into product development, launch, and lifecycle management. You’ll build scientific partnerships with key opinion leaders and investigators, drive data dissemination and education, and ensure compliant, high-quality medical content. The position offers impact on BeOne’s pipeline and reputation as a leading oncology company.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Provide matrix leadership in the disease area and contribute to regional/global brand and disease-area strategies
- Lead publication planning and regional data-dissemination activities (symposia, congress submissions, medical education)
- Coordinate regional HCP interactions and advisory boards/investigator meetings
- Collaborate with regional commercial teams for pre-launch, launch, and commercialization input
- Develop regional strategies for relationships with opinion leaders, researchers, and organizations across BeOne’s pipeline
- Foster and monitor strategic partnerships with scientific/clinical experts; engage in guideline development and regional cancer institutions
- Oversee regional medical meetings and initiatives; track goals and objectives
- Support disease-area Medical Affairs budget planning and ensure compliant business practices
- Maintain scientifically credible relationships and act as Scientific Partner to KOLs/healthcare providers
- Engage with other BeOne functional areas to advance medical affairs initiatives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- MD with clinical/scientific experience in the indication field and at least 10 years in biotech/pharma
- Proven Hemato-Oncology experience in clinical practice and industry
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a global matrix and manage travel (~50%)
