Overview
In this role you will drive Europe and New Markets data strategy and lead BI offerings to support Commercial and Medical Affairs. You will manage data acquisition, vendor relationships, and data sharing, while overseeing BI platforms for Executive and HQ teams. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate data into insights that inform business decisions and align with BeOne’s mission. This position offers the chance to shape data governance, enable scalable analytics, and work with a broad ecosystem of data vendors.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Define and execute the data strategy roadmap for Europe and New Markets
- Oversee data vendor evaluations and onboarding of third-party data assets
- Lead data onboarding, integration planning, and data quality governance
- Support data analysis, cleansing, and reporting as part of data sharing agreements
- Manage Home Office/Executive Reporting Platform and Field Insights platforms (Guru and Navigator)
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to specify requirements, data transformations, and non-functional needs
- Ensure high-quality, scalable BI solutions and regular application refreshes
- Provide user training and drive adoption of GCMT platforms/applications
- Handle ad hoc requests from HQ and regional teams by generating lists/reports from the data warehouse
- Maintain data governance processes and monitor data quality across sources
Zentrale Anforderungen
- +7 years in Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry or Life Sciences consulting or related fields
- Experience with local secondary data offerings and market data nuances in Europe
- Knowledge of drug distribution models and reporting standards for wholesalers and Limited Risk distributors
- Experience with BI platforms, data exploration and data analysis, and presenting insights to stakeholders
- Strong written/verbal communication, presentation, and project management skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment and build cross-functional relationships
