Overview
In this role you will lead BeOne’s Corporate Affairs in Germany, translating global strategy into local programs to strengthen reputation and patient-focused outcomes. You will build and manage relationships with government bodies, healthcare associations, and patient groups, shaping communications and advocacy to support oncology and haematology priorities. You will co-create the local vision with the German leadership team and drive strategy, programs, and budget execution. This role offers impact through elevating BeOne as a credible partner and employer of choice while advancing access to innovative cancer therapies. Verantwortungsbereiche
- Set and execute the Corporate Affairs & Communications strategy in Germany (government affairs, public affairs, patient advocacy)
- Develop and sustain relationships with government officials, healthcare organisations, trade associations, medical societies, and patient groups focused on oncology/haematology
- Plan and run strategic initiatives with stakeholder groups and co-create the local vision with the German Leadership Team
- Protect and enhance BeOne’s reputation and elevate leadership visibility in oncology
- Develop messaging and communications resources to support business priorities and tell a compelling BeOne story
- Coach leaders to engage stakeholders confidently and support internal communications and change management
- Support patient advocacy efforts and accelerate patient access through disease awareness campaigns
- Manage public/government affairs to position BeOne as a leading oncology company and maintain trusted stakeholder relationships
- Oversee budget for Corporate Affairs activities and identify enabling tools/partners
- Monitor and report the impact of CA activities using defined metrics
- Ensure compliance with BeOne standards and local laws
- Lead a team of 3 in Government Relations, Communications, and Patient Advocacy
- Travel up to 30%
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or similar qualification
- 12+ years in Corporate Affairs with strong communications experience; or 8+ years with an advanced degree
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulatory environments and stakeholder engagement
- Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
- Proven success in a fast-growing entrepreneurial setting
- High social competence and teamwork
