Overview
In this high-impact field role, you will serve as BeOne’s medical affairs representative to external medical communities, shaping scientific exchange and partnerships with HCPs and KOLs. You’ll translate complex data into actionable medical insights, support clinical development and evidence generation, and help align cross-functional strategies across Europe. Your work will advance scientific credibility while ensuring regulatory and ethical compliance. This position offers meaningful oncology-focused engagement in a collaborative, global environment.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Deliver high-quality, non-promotional scientific exchanges with HCPs and KOLs
- Develop and execute tactics to communicate complex scientific information to the medical community
- Provide up-to-date scientific information on BeOne’s pipeline and indications on request
- Coordinate responses to unsolicited medical information requests with Medical Information Services
- Present data on BeOne products and development data at scientific meetings and ad-hoc engagements
- Support and plan participation in scientific congresses/events and omnichannel initiatives
- Identify, map and maintain engagement plans for medical experts and networks
- Establish long-term relationships with HCPs and cooperative groups
- Propose and monitor scientific partnerships aligned with cross-functional strategies
- Plan and organize medical events and advisory activities
- Identify clinical investigators and sites for company-sponsored trials
- Support site feasibility and onboarding of trial sites
- Serve as liaison for Investigator Sponsored Research proposals
- Collect and communicate field-based medical insights to internal stakeholders
- Provide input to define and update medical affairs strategies
- Identify unmet medical needs and emerging trends
- Plan and chair local medical meetings with TAL
- Collaborate with European and Global Medical Affairs teams
- Provide scientific expertise to cross-functional teams and to the Field Sales Force
- Develop and deliver medical training programs for the Field Sales Force
- Collaborate on a medical plan to meet shared objectives
Zentrale Anforderungen
- MD, PhD or PharmD with extensive pharmaceutical industry experience or Master’s with substantial experience
- Proven track record in medical affairs with oncology experience (lung cancer and/or upper-GI cancer preferred)
- Experience with immune checkpoint inhibitors is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication with strong stakeholder engagement
- Deep knowledge of oncology landscape, treatment guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Ability to translate data into actionable medical insights and support clinical trials
- Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to operate in a dynamic, global environment with high emotional intelligence
- Experience with site feasibility, investigator-sponsored research, and medical events
