Overview In this role you lead regional clinical compliance optimization for the EMEA area, translating operational insights into actionable improvements. You partner with Global Clinical Compliance, RBQM and process owners to boost efficiency, quality, and compliance across BeOne. You work with RCCs to drive scalable regional enhancements and share best practices. Your work supports safer, faster oncology trials and stronger cross-functional collaboration. Verantwortungsbereiche Detect signals and trends across EMEA using compliance data, audits, inspections, and operations insights Translate insights into risk patterns and improvement opportunities Provide regular reports and recommendations to stakeholders Propose and support process improvements aligned with GCP and quality standards Collaborate with RBQM teams to integrate findings into risk assessments and mitigations Identify training needs and deliver regional educational sessions Support regional process improvement initiatives for efficiency, compliance, and consistency Act as liaison between regional teams and Global Clinical Compliance/global process owners Facilitate regional implementation of global/local improvements ensuring scalability Promote best practice sharing across countries and regions Influence stakeholders to adopt process enhancements and support change management Zentrale Anforderungen Bachelor’s degree in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline 10+ years in clinical research or clinical operations minimum 4 years experience in a GCP compliance or equivalent role (quality) preferred experience in data analytics, metrics and KPI management preferred experience with RBQM principles and data-driven decision-making experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or quality initiatives regional or global process change experience oncology global trials experience preferred willingness to travel up to 10% collaboration and cross-functional teamwork strong stakeholder influence change management capability RBQM principles data analytics and KPI management GCP compliance knowledge
