Now BeInCrypto is looking for an experienced B2B Paid Advertising Specialist to join our Marketing team .
Tasks
- Plan and organize paid advertising campaigns to generate qualified B2B leads.
- Execute campaigns on LinkedIn, Google PPC, and potentially Twitter.
- Collaborate with: Copywriters for ad text creation, the Design Team for visuals aligned with ad content, and the Sales Team to ensure messaging addresses customer pain points.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, focusing on performance metrics and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Provide insights and recommendations for future campaign improvements.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in paid advertising, preferably B2B-focused.
- Proven track record of managing campaigns on LinkedIn, Google PPC, and Twitter.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on campaign optimization and lead conversion.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and strong in communication.
- Crypto industry knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
