(Senior) Modern Workplace & Adoption Specialist (f/m/d) Your activity We are a dynamic, highly motivated team of specialists from various disciplines – from software engineers, requirements engineers and business analysts to legal engineers. Together, we design and develop innovative digital solutions and products that create real added value for our company and our customers. In close cooperation with our IT infrastructure and service team, we successfully implement these solutions and continuously develop them further. We use a wide range of technologies to do this. In addition to the low-code platform OutSystems, our focus is on the introduction and further development of Microsoft 365 solutions – supported by modern frameworks such as the MOCA Framework – in order to realize a future-oriented Modern Workplace. Design the digital workplace of tomorrow As a (Senior) Modern Workplace & Adoption Specialist, you will be responsible for advising management, technical design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions. You will analyze business requirements, design secure and efficient architectures based on applications such as SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Lists and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). You will advise on the optimal use of these technologies, develop governance and security policies together with the IT Infrastructure & Security team and design the architecture for a powerful, secure and scalable Microsoft 365 environment. By integrating various applications and automating business processes, you will ensure seamless collaboration and higher productivity within the company. Another focus of your work is to promote the acceptance and optimal use of the solutions used. You will develop training concepts, organize workshops and support employees in efficiently exploiting the possibilities of Microsoft 365. By working closely with stakeholders, you will ensure that new technologies are not only implemented technically, but also integrated into existing workflows in a meaningful way. You will also support change management processes and create best practices and documentation to ensure sustainable use of the solutions. Strategy, technology and mentoring: your role in the team In addition to technical responsibility, you play a central role in passing on knowledge and establishing best practices within the team. As a mentor, you support less experienced colleagues, pass on your knowledge and promote their development through professional guidance and joint projects. By working closely with the team, you ensure that the technical implementation is not isolated, but is in line with the overall company goals. You will contribute your expertise to architecture and strategy workshops, support the continuous optimization of our Microsoft 365 environment and ensure that our solutions are secure, efficient and future-proof. Your PROFILE What we need in the team You have sound professional experience in the planning, design and implementation of Microsoft 365 solutions – especially in the areas of SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange/Outlook, Lists and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). You have a deep understanding of modern digital workplace architectures and are familiar with the MOCA framework You know how to successfully introduce digital collaboration and anchor sustainable adoption in organizations. You are no stranger to Azure services – ideally you have already gained practical experience with Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory), Azure Information Protection or other relevant cloud services. You have experience in change management and in conducting training courses, workshops and interactive formats in order to transfer knowledge in a targeted manner and support employees during digital change. Mentoring and teamwork are a matter of course for you. You support your colleagues in their further development, promote knowledge transfer and actively contribute to an open learning culture. Your way of working is solution-oriented, structured and characterized by a high service mentality. You communicate confidently in German and English. What we are also looking forward to A degree in business informatics, media informatics, computer science or a related discipline would be an advantage – but career changers with relevant experience are also very welcome If you have already gained experience with low-code platforms such as OutSystems, Mendix or UiPath, you can also contribute valuable impulses to our development processes. Knowledge of designing modern employee experience strategies and experience in integrating Microsoft 365 or other enterprise systems would be a big plus. Practical experience with agile methods as well as in the implementation of governance and security concepts in the Microsoft 365 environment – especially in the area of compliance and identity management – ideally round off your profile.
