Description
As the Global Product Manager Data Center, you will play a critical role in driving the development and successful launch of innovative products tailored for the fast-evolving data center market. Acting as the key point of contact between the Global Data Centers Business Development Organization and our Business Line and Innovation teams, you will ensure that projects are executed with urgency and precision. With your leadership, you will help Belimo meet customer requirements and continue to grow within this dynamic sector.
What You’ll Do

Drive the development of multiple data center products from initial concept through to market launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.

Act as the primary liaison between the Global Data Centers Business Development Organization and the Business Line and Innovation teams.

Prioritize data center projects within Belimo’s Business Lines, driving timely and successful product delivery.

Own the product management deliverables of Belimo’s product creation process, including market concept documents, business case calculations, and field test evaluations.
Who You Are
-
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, natural sciences, or equivalent; background in HVAC or building services planning is beneficial.

Significant product management experience, ideally with a focus on hydronic systems or cooling technologies, and an understanding of data center applications.

Proven ability to drive projects in a fast-paced environment and solve challenges with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset.

Willingness to travel internationally (approx. 20%) and high alignment with Belimo’s values and culture.
