We are seeking a dynamic leader to take full ownership of our Group’s Quality and Integrated Management Systems. In this key role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead continuous improvement initiatives, and shape a culture of accountability and quality across all divisions.
What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you will encourage and challenge your team, fostering a positive culture of collaboration and support to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence. You will oversee the daily operations of your team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

You will take full responsibility for the Group’s Quality and Integrated Management Systems, ensuring the highest quality standards.

Furthermore, you will collaborate across divisions to seamlessly integrate and uphold Quality principles, fostering a culture of quality and accountability.

Who You Are

You have a degree in a relevant field like engineering or quality management, certification as a Lead Auditor in quality; environmental, health, and safety is a plus.
