What You\’ll Do

• You are responsible for leading HVAC application software development activities using Matlab/Simulink in product development projects.

• A further interesting task is extending and ensuring the harmonization of the standardized HVAC Application Software Library.

• Moreover, you will apply the Application Software Library in product development projects while following standardized workflows.

• You are responsible for defining software work packages, including planning timelines, estimating efforts, and aligning them with the overall project plan.

• Additionally, you will lead software modeling and implementation, ensuring quality, time, and cost expectations while managing risks.

• You will contribute to Make/Buy decisions and managing software development partners throughout the project.

• Collaboration with the verification department to plan, manage, and execute software verifications across integration stages will also be part of your role.

Who You Are

• You should have a Master\’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in Control Theory.

• Additionally, you bring 5+ years of experience in model-based industrial software development using Matlab/Simulink.

• Furthermore, you possess professional expertise in signal processing and control engineering, as well as in-depth knowledge of the MathWorks toolchain.

• A further qualification is proven methodological expertise in modern software development.

• Additionally, you will need experience in product development within an industrial environment focused on embedded software.

• Optional: Knowledge of HVAC systems would be considered a benefit.

• You have good communication skills in English, German would be a plus.
