Business Operations Associate - Innovation (80-100 )

What You\’ll Do

• Support the CTO: Assist with day-to-day priorities, prepare briefings and decision materials, follow up on delegated tasks, and help resolve issues. Act as a trusted point of contact for the CTO within the Innovation Excellence team.
• Coordination within the Innovation Management Team (IMT): Facilitate alignment and collaboration by preparing agendas, documenting meetings, and tracking key actions and decisions. Support planning and execution of IMT workshops and meetings.
• Coordination and Communication: Act as a liaison between the Innovation Excellence team, the CTO, and other stakeholders, ensuring efficient information flow. Connect workstreams and identify opportunities for collaboration across teams.
• Decision Making and Issue Resolution: Prepare clear and concise materials to support decision-making processes, including summaries, options, and recommendations. Track implementation of decisions and proactively identify and escalate potential issues.

Who You Are

• Early-career or experienced professional with a degree in business, engineering, innovation management, or a related field.
• Eager to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills, adapted to different target groups, including top management.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 tools (PowerPoint, Excel, Word); familiarity with SharePoint or Power BI is a plus.
• Interested to explore different digital / AI tools
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
• Business fluent in German and English in spoken and written communication
