In this senior leadership role, you will shape scalable product platforms, steer innovation, and drive engineering excellence in close partnership with cross‑functional teams worldwide. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liOwn the global Sensors Meters product portfolio from the technical perspective, ensuring performance, quality, and scalability across the full product lifecycle /li liLead, develop, and inspire a global engineering organization, including product owners and team leaders /li liCo‑lead the business line with Product Management, translating strategy into a competitive and future‑ready product portfolio /li liDefine and manage the RD project portfolio, including roadmap prioritisation, resource allocation, and budget ownership /li liDrive product lifecycle excellence—from ideation to development, launch, optimisation, and phase‑out /li liEnsure engineering excellence across disciplines (mechanical, electrical, embedded software, digital), with a focus on modular product architectures and platform strategies /li liOversee product design quality and manage technical risk, including the quality case portfolio /li liImprove processes, governance, and tools across product development and portfolio management /li /ul h3Who You Are /h3 ul liMSc or PhD in Engineering (e.g., physics, electrical or a related field); business education is a plus /li liSolid background in product development or lifecycle management for sensors or physical measurement products /li liExperience in disciplinary team leadership /li liProven track record in owning and scaling complex product portfolios in a global, matrix environment /li liStrong expertise in systems engineering, modular architectures, and platform‑based product development including solid understanding of sensors or meters (HVAC or industrial applications is an advantage) /li liExperience managing RD budgets, roadmaps, and cross‑functional project portfolios /liliCompelling influencing skills, with the ability to drive change and align diverse stakeholders across multicultural teams /li liFluent in English; German is a plus /li /ul h3Who We Are /h3 pAt Belimo, we take pride in making our company a rewarding place to work.
