- Preparation of internal product documentation, e.g. product specifications and formulations, in accordance with the applicable regulations.
- Preparation of documentation provided by the customer in accordance with customer requirements and applicable regulations.
- Co-ordinating the preparation and modification of packaging (film and label layouts?)
- Preparation of product samples in collaboration with the production and packaging departments
- Liaising with customers regarding product preparation or complaints relating to product documentation or product packaging
- Participation in and contribution to departmental projects
- Cross-departmental collaboration (Slaughter, Disassembly, Packing, Sales, Purchasing, Quality Management, IT)
- Assisting with the improvement of operational processes
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training or equivalent professional experience in the food industry or in a commercial role
- Proficiency in using MS Office applications
- Ability to familiarise yourself quickly with new software
- Very good written and spoken German; knowledge of other languages is desirable
- Ability to work under pressure, a team player, and a high level of commitment
- An independent, goal-oriented, reliable and meticulous approach to work
