As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll act as the key link between our business units and IT. You’ll analyse processes, gather requirements and, together with all stakeholders, develop solutions that really work in day-to-day operations. You can look forward to a varied role with plenty of scope to make a difference, exciting projects and close collaboration with business departments, IT teams and external partners.

We offer flexible working hours on a 4.5 day week, more than 30 days off a year and the option of working remotely one day a week.

• As the main point of contact, you will advise our specialist departments and help them to define their requirements and needs in concrete terms
• Working alongside the specialist departments, you will analyse business processes, identify opportunities for optimisation and develop suitable IT solutions
• You will translate technical requirements into structured IT requirements, thereby laying the principles for successful implementation
• You will take responsibility for national and international projects – from conception through to implementation, testing and roll‑out
• In Demand Management, you will assess and coordinate new requirements and align them with the relevant IT departments of Bell Food Group
• For new solutions and systems, you will oversee the selection, feasibility and roll‑out processes, working closely with both internal and external service providers

What you bring with you

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable qualification .
• Ideally, you have several years’ professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, IT Consultant, Application Manager or in a similar liaison role
• Requirements engineering and process analysis form part of your experience, and you are able to capture business requirements in a structured manner and translate them into IT solutions
• You are familiar with project work: you have previously supported or independently managed IT projects and have a good understanding of the various project phases
• You communicate confidently with a variety of contacts and are able to liaise between business departments, IT, key users and external partners
• Analytical thinking and a strong understanding of processes are just as much a part of your profile as a structured and independent approach to work
• You have a very good command of German; a good command of English and an enjoyment of working in an international environment would be an advantage
