- Management and support for staff in the frozen foods department
- Responsibility for the manufacture of minced meat and frozen products
- Ensuring a smooth production process
- Monitoring stock levels and the flow of goods
- Contributing to the optimisation of processes and procedures
- Preparing documentation and instructions
- Responsibility for compliance with quality, hygiene and safety standards
What you bring with you
- Completed basic training in the food sector, ideally as a butcher, food technologist or in a comparable profession.
- Management experience in a similar role
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure
- A solution-oriented approach and a networked way of thinking
- A team-oriented and proactive personality
- Good knowledge of MS Office programmes
- No sensitivity to cool temperatures (approx. 4–5 degrees)
- High flexibility regarding work assignments
- Very good written and spoken German
