- Creation and further development of various capacity, availability and variance reports, as well as the planning systems
- Statistical evaluations, reports and ad hoc analyses
- Fault management – responding to machine breakdowns, material shortages and quality issues
- Preparation of various planning files to support Production
- Arrangements for cover during absence; planning of semi-finished products
- Carrying out time studies, work studies and process analyses, and mapping these into SAP
- Analysis, design and optimisation of internal processes
- Operational control and monitoring of semi-finished goods production
- Support for automation and digitalisation projects
What you bring with you
- In-depth knowledge of project and lean management, as well as the implementation of process optimisation measures
- Good SAP skills in the MM, PP-PI and SD modules
- Experience in working with SAP IBP and integrated planning processes
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Experience with XL-Cubed, Power BI, SQL, relational databases or comparable BI tools
- A strong understanding of business processes, data analysis, reporting and the development of meaningful key performance indicators
- Ability to present complex data and processes in a clear and understandable way and to make them useful for both operational and strategic decision-making
