We are currently undergoing the 2031+ strategic transformation process and are rolling out SAP Success Factors as our group-wide HR platform across 13 European countries.
The technical implementation is being carried out in collaboration with an experienced external implementation partner.
To successfully manage this strategic transformation programme, we are looking for an experienced SAP Success Factors Project Manager who will take overall responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of the international roll-out.
Working alongside the Solution Architect, the HR specialist departments, the country organisations and our implementation partner, you will ensure that the project is successfully delivered in terms of quality, time and budget.
You will therefore be working on one of our company’s most strategically important transformation programmes and, together with international HR and IT teams, shaping the future HR system landscape in Europe.
In doing so, you will play a central role in managing a group-wide SAP Success Factors roll-out and make a significant contribution to establishing modern, standardised and future-proof HR processes at the Bell Food Group.
