Your mission
As Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our content strategy across multiple channels, with a focus on driving B2B growth in Munich and Berlin. The ideal candidate combines creative storytelling with data-driven decision-making to create compelling content that resonates with our target audience of office managers, HR professionals, and workplace experience managers.
You will mainly be focusing on:
- Own the end-to-end content strategy for both our B2B and B2C segments across Munich and Berlin
- Create and optimize high-converting landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials
- Develop and manage the content calendar for all marketing channels
- Design and implement lead nurturing workflows in HubSpot
- Create compelling event marketing materials and campaign assets
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement content
- Manage our bilingual content strategy (German and English)
- Track and report on content performance metrics
- Optimize content based on data insights and market feedback
- Create and maintain brand consistency across all channels
Your profile
- 3+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech or business services
- Proven track record of creating high-converting content for the German market
- Native German speaker with excellent English writing skills
- Strong experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms
- Data-driven mindset with experience in content performance analysis
- Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization
- Experience in creating and managing email marketing campaigns
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Technical skills
- HubSpot Marketing Hub expertise
- SEO and content optimization tools
- Email marketing platforms
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot Analytics)
- Basic HTML and CSS knowledge
- Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar)
