Booking Agent
to join our team and expand our international booking activities. We are an independent booking agency working with established international artists across
jazz, soul, funk and related genres . YOUR ROLE
International concert and tour booking Building and maintaining strong relationships with promoters, festivals and venues Negotiating fees, contracts and booking conditions Developing new markets, territories and business opportunities Identifying and approaching established artists to join our roster Developing long-term strategies for artists and their international growth Helping shape booking structures, workflows and the future development of our team WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
At least
4-5 years of professional experience
in artist booking or a comparable role A strong existing network within
jazz, soul, funk and/or related genres Proven ability to build relationships, open new doors and develop business opportunities Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly self-organized, reliable and able to work independently Fluent English; German and additional languages are an advantage Based in or willing to relocate to
