What you will accomplish
- Prepare, plan, and coordinate construction sites in close collaboration with foremen and project managers. - Ensure the smooth progress of work by respecting deadlines, quality requirements, safety, and environmental standards. - Support and motivate teams on site to enhance their performance and ensure staff follow-up. - Manage the technical, administrative, and financial monitoring of sites: quotes, measurements, contracts, invoicing, reports, and cost prices. - Actively contribute to project success by providing solutions, optimising organisation, and ensuring effective coordination among various stakeholders.
What you need to shine
- You hold a qualification as a Site Technician – Finishing Works and have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role. - You wish to apply your skills while continuing to learn and develop your expertise. - You possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and enjoy interacting with clients, partners, and teams. - Organised and autonomous, you know how to manage human and material resources effectively to achieve set objectives. - You stand out through your commitment, flexibility, sense of responsibility, and results orientation.
