About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Inside Sales / CRM Coordinator to support our sales and commercial teams across the German market.
The role will be responsible for managing sales leads, coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate CRM data, and supporting the conversion of business opportunities into revenue.
The position will work closely with the
Sales, Business Development, Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Hotel Operations teams to ensure an efficient and well-structured sales process.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially aware, and comfortable working with CRM systems.
Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming sales enquiries and leads through phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Qualify leads and identify potential business opportunities based on customer requirements.
- Follow up proactively with prospects and existing clients to drive conversions.
- Support the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, contracts, and commercial offers.
- Coordinate sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on all open opportunities.
- Maintain a structured sales pipeline and ensure leads are progressed through the appropriate stages.
- Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and repeat business.
- 2 - CRM Management
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer, account, contact, and opportunity information in the CRM system.
- Ensure all sales activities, calls, meetings, emails, opportunities, and follow-ups are properly recorded.
- Monitor data quality and ensure CRM information is complete, accurate, and consistent.
- Track lead status, conversion rates, sales pipeline, and account activity.
- Generate regular CRM reports and sales performance dashboards for management.
- Support the implementation and optimization of CRM processes and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with company data management and GDPR requirements.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales and Business Development teams.
- Assist Sales Managers and Account Managers with account research and prospect identification.
- Prepare sales reports, account summaries, and pipeline updates.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, sales appointments, and client follow-ups.
- Support sales campaigns, promotions, and targeted outreach activities.
- Help ensure smooth communication between the sales team and other internal departments.
- 4 - Customer & Account Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for selected customers and business partners.
- Respond to customer queries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer requests and issues.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and support the sales team in improving customer retention.
- Follow up on customer feedback and identify opportunities to improve service and commercial performance.
- 5 - Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Prepare regular reports on lead generation, sales activities, pipeline performance, and conversions.
- Track key sales KPIs and provide insights to the Sales Manager.
- Monitor lead response times and follow-up performance.
- Identify gaps in the sales process and recommend improvements.
- Support forecasting and sales planning activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in
Business Administration, Hospitality, Tourism, Sales, Marketing, or a related field .
- Experience in the hospitality, travel, tourism, or service industry is preferred. Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with CRM systems such as
Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms .
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple leads, accounts, and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Proactive and commercially driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a cross‑functional team.
