A few examples of your responsibilities

• Help us build a world-class sales organization from the ground up. With your contributions, we’ll establish a B2B sales team that becomes the industry benchmark for performance, challenging biases about what a sales team looks like and what it can achieve.
• Lead direct client acquisition. Actively reach out to prospective clients and drive new business customer acquisition across our suite of products.
• Build agency relationships. Establish and nurture relationships with key agency groups to support long-term growth and partnerships.
• Collaborate with analytics. Work closely with analytics team members to monitor results and continuously improve sales performance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service. Ensure top-tier service for clients, managing inquiries and fostering a positive experience with every interaction.

If they possess a few years of relevant experience, the salary on offer tends to be between £66,779 and £149,636 in the UK, and €63,965 and €143,330 elsewhere. Pay grows rapidly as you accumulate experience and translate it into greater impact. You can also receive some of your pay in company equity at a discounted price, thus participating in the value creation we achieve together. If relocating to Italy, you may enjoy a 50% tax cut.
