Your tasks

Manage the development of the E/E components and systems, aligning with overall vehicle strategy, project milestones and customer needs
Define system requirements, including functionality, performance, and interfaces, in collaboration with engineering teams
Work closely with suppliers and internal development teams to ensure timely delivery and integration of components and subsystems
Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams from system design to implementation, integration as well as testing and validation
Ensure compliance with cross-functional requirements for the usage of autonomous driving vehicles (functional safety, cybersecurity, diagnosis, etc.)
Deliver regular, transparent status reports on development activities, fostering continuous optimization

Your profile

Degree in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field.
Experience in automotive system development including hands-on experience with system requirements engineering and architecture design
Strong understanding of E/E vehicle architecture concepts and system and software integration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Project management skills, to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and drive projects to successful completion
Fluent in English and German
