Senior Accountant & Tax Lead (m/f/d) in Hechingen

You are responsible for the preparation, analysis and quality assurance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS for the Bentley Group companies.

You independently handle complex accounting and compliance matters in a national and international environment.

You take professional ownership of tax-related topics, collaborate with external tax advisors and support tax audits as well as international tax and transfer pricing projects.

You drive the continuous optimization, standardization and digitalization of our finance processes.

You conduct in-depth analyses and prepare decision-relevant reports for management and stakeholders.

You contribute to the implementation of global standards, policies and governance structures and further develop our internal control system.

Your profile

You have a degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance or Tax, or a comparable qualification.

You have several years of professional experience in accounting within an international company or an auditing or tax advisory firm.

You have sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as strong tax expertise, ideally also in an international context.

You work independently, analytically, pragmatically and solution-oriented and enjoy taking ownership.

You are confident using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central, as well as common MS Office applications.

You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working on-site with your colleagues.
