We are looking for the following position at our headquarters on site in Hechingen to start as soon as possible:
Your mission
- You are responsible for the preparation, analysis and quality assurance of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB and IFRS for the Bentley Group companies.
- You independently handle complex accounting and compliance matters in a national and international environment.
- You take professional ownership of tax-related topics, collaborate with external tax advisors and support tax audits as well as international tax and transfer pricing projects.
- You drive the continuous optimization, standardization and digitalization of our finance processes.
- You conduct in-depth analyses and prepare decision-relevant reports for management and stakeholders.
- You contribute to the implementation of global standards, policies and governance structures and further develop our internal control system.
Your profile
- You have a degree with a focus on Accounting, Finance or Tax, or a comparable qualification.
- You have several years of professional experience in accounting within an international company or an auditing or tax advisory firm.
- You have sound knowledge of HGB and IFRS as well as strong tax expertise, ideally also in an international context.
- You work independently, analytically, pragmatically and solution-oriented and enjoy taking ownership.
- You are confident using ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Business Central, as well as common MS Office applications.
- You are fluent in German and English and enjoy working on-site with your colleagues.
