Key Responsibilities:
Ownership & Expertise: Assume full ownership of multiple search processes, employing innovative active sourcing strategies that showcase your creative flair. You’ll collaborate closely with the Hiring Manager and Consultants, with expected impact within in-depth market research, crafting innovative approaches, monitoring project KPIs, and providing exceptional support to candidates.
Innovation: Be at the forefront of internal projects geared towards optimizing our processes for efficiency and excellence. Leveraging your market expertise and inventive sourcing techniques, you’ll continuously challenge and enhance our systems, tools, and processes.
Applicant Experience: Central to your role is ensuring that every applicant has a positive and meaningful experience throughout the recruitment process. You’ll provide guidance and support to both internal and external stakeholders, offering market trend analysis and creative solutions to sourcing challenges.
Training & Mentorship: The senior management team act as mentors and role models that will empower your learning curve, sharing knowledge and insights beyond domains. We foster a culture of learning, development, and innovative thinking.
Qualifications:
- Your passion lies in discovering talent, especially in dynamic technology-related environments.
- You possess ideally between 1–3 years hands-on experience in the field of tech recruiting.
- Your creativity shines through in developing successful sourcing processes, particularly for highly specialized positions.
- You excel in advising and supporting stakeholders, offering market trend insights, and solving sourcing challenges with ingenuity.
- You are well-versed in platforms like LinkedIn with expertise in Boolean logic and X-Ray search techniques.
