Your mission
For our Office Team in Berlin, we are looking for a Working student (all genders) to support daily operations across office administration, event coordination, and IT support.
Overview of the position:
Hours: 20 hours per week (flexible)
Starting date: as soon as possible
Duration: one year contract

Office Administration
- First point of contact for internal team and external visitors/suppliers
- Managing office supplies and day-to-day correspondence
- Supporting the Office Manager on organisational matters and onboarding/offboarding logistics
Event Coordination
- Supporting planning and execution of in-house events (vendors, set-up, catering, on-site troubleshooting)
IT Support
- Administrative support for IT procurement and onboarding/offboarding processes
Your knowledge, experience & skills
- Currently enrolled in Business Administration, International Business, Event Management or related field
- Organised, reliable, and able to juggle multiple tasks independently
- Strong communication skills, comfortable with international/intercultural contacts
- Fluent in English
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams)
- Discreet in handling sensitive information
- Additional languages or prior office/events/NGO experience a plus
- Willingness and ability to work regularly from our Berlin office; office attendance is required for this position
