Junior Technician – Offers & Back Office (Fire Safety Sales Department)For one of our partners, an SME in the Lausanne region with a broad reach that wishes to complete its team, we are looking for a Technician – Offers & Back Office (Fire Safety Sales Department)YOUR TASKSIn this role within the Fire Safety Sales department, you will interact mainly with clients by phone and email. Coming from a technical background, you will use your skills to take charge of and follow up on offers. Your responsibilities will include:- Analysis of client requests, costing and completion of technical offers and specific requests, and transmission to sales engineers or production departments.- Processing of technical correspondence and administrative tasks (updating client lists, price lists, and technical data sheets, and monitoring technical documentation adapted to client needs).Note: This position is 100% Back Office, without field travel.
