The CRM Lead, who reports directly to our CMO, leads an internal CRM manager as well as an external CRM agency and ensures that data collection on customer insights related to CRM programs follows best practices for the company.
What you will do:
- Drive data-driven decision-making, formulate CRM strategies, and develop the CRM roadmap
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ProTech, and the vendor for seamless CRM program support
- Lead an internal CRM manager and external agency as well as the formulation of CRM strategies, programs and campaigns and ensure that they stay aligned with the business’s overall objectives
- Manage CRM budget allocations and develop, review, and implement the annual CRM roadmap with revenue projections
- Monitor and evaluate CRM campaigns, measure ROI, and conduct consumer experience research, consumer segmentation, and consumer roadmap analyses for continuous improvement
- Identify emerging opportunities for competitive advantage in consumer acquisition and retention strategies in our markets
What we are looking for:
- Several years of CRM lead experience focusing on CRM strategies and implementation
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Emarsys, Bloomreach, Braze, etc.) and analytical systems
- Extensive background in direct and digital marketing within a similar industry (B2C E-Commerce)
- Strong expertise in customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention strategies
- Effective communication skills and a clear understanding of CRM campaign lifecycles
- Interest and ability to derive insights from data analyses for ongoing process improvement
- Basic knowledge of databases and associated reporting tools
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
