What you will be doing
- Help define problem spaces, user needs, value propositions, and product opportunities for digital products and services
- Contribute to product discovery, user flows, product strategy, prototypes, and final UI
- Support feature definition and prioritisation with a product mindset
- Collaborate with stakeholders, product teams, and developers
- Create clear, implementation-ready designs and handoff materials
- Work within or contribute to design systems where needed
We need you to have
Must-Haves

Proven experience as a Product Designer or Senior UX/UI Designer

Strong portfolio showing web and mobile product work

Demonstrated ability to contribute to product strategy, prioritisation, and feature definition

Solid skills in UX, interaction design, UI design, and prototyping

Ability to think beyond screens and contribute to product decisions

Experience working with cross-functional teams

Strong spoken and written English
Nice-to-Haves

German language skills

Experience in agency, consulting, or client-facing environments

Experience with SaaS, enterprise, mobile, or AI-related products

Workshop or discovery facilitation experience
