The Project Controller supports project planning; monitors progress and coordinates cross-team collaboration.

This role assists in creating and adhering to project plans, identifying bottlenecks, and ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Responsibilities also include moderating priorities, organising meetings, and verifying time bookings, maintain transparency and accountability.

• Main Tasks
• Monitor implementation and adherence to project plans, tracking progress and milestones
• Identify and report bottlenecks or delays, proposing solutions
• Facilitate interface management by coordinating between teams
• Oversee capacity and resource allocation, reporting conflicts and ensuring optimal utilisation
• Moderate priority-setting processes to align team efforts with project objectives
• Identification of risks and filing issues accordingly
• Organise and moderate regular meetings to review progress and address challenges
• Secondary Tasks
• Support the creation and development of project plans in alignment with customer and organisational goals
• Support of cross-project effort planning to balance capacities
• Verify time bookings to maintain budget accuracy
• Support the risk-management process
• Support of audits and reviews
• Your Qualifications
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) paired with at least 2 years of experience in project controlling/management
• Good understanding of project management methodologies (e. g., Agile, Waterfall)
• Familiarity with project and resource planning tools
