6-Month Fully Funded AI Fellowship for Impact Founders | Berlin / Hybrid
About the Opportunity
AI is changing how companies operate — but most small businesses are still experimenting rather than creating measurable business value.
The Berlin Startup School is selecting founders and business leaders for its next AI Accelerator where Impact Founders learn to implement AI into their business.
Over six months, you will work on transforming your own company with AI: identifying high-impact use cases, implementing AI agents and automations, and using AI to improve marketing, sales and growth.
This is not a traditional course. The focus is on hands-on implementation inside your own business.
Selected participants that work on something in the Impact Space receive a fully funded fellowship covering the complete participation fee.
Tasks
During the residency, you will:
- Identify the highest-impact AI opportunities within your company
- Build and implement AI agents and automations
- Automate repetitive workflows and internal processes
- Apply AI to marketing, sales and go-to-market
- Develop practical AI capabilities within your organization
- Test new AI tools and workflows in real business situations
- Track measurable results such as time saved, processes automated and business impact
- Exchange experiences and solutions with other founders in the cohort
Requirements

You do not need to be an AI expert.
More important is that you have a real organization, concrete business challenges and the willingness to implement solutions during the residency.

Important
This is a fully funded Founder Fellowship and not an employment relationship.
There is no salary associated with the position. Selected Fellows do not pay a participation fee.
You remain fully independent and continue working on your own company or organization throughout the residency.
