Overall Job Description

allO wouldn’t be a start-up high-growth leader without its successful sales team. We’re seeking a qualified sales specialist to sell our SaaS software product solutions and services that help improve the lives of restaurant owners, staff, and customers. This position is focused on our Greek Cuisine vertical and the community. The ideal candidate will understand the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and closing deals. We’re seeking a quick learner with strong listening and negotiating skills and an ability to showcase our product solutions offerings in a compelling way. Often tasked with giving demos, attending networking events, and participating in trade shows, the sales specialist must be approachable and professional to help us extend reach and expansion in Germany.

Your Responsibilities

  1. Development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve sales KPI targets within the Greek restaurant community.
  2. Acquisition of new clients as well as expansion of existing customer relationships.
  3. Identification and analysis of market and competitive trends to explore new business opportunities.
  4. Preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts, and conclusion of sales agreements.
  5. Regular reporting to management on sales activities and results.
  6. Data import in CRM to achieve full visibility of pipeline status and progress.
  7. Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of the company and its products, research restaurant client operational needs, and identify how allO solutions can address those needs.
  8. Generate leads and grow existing relationships by maintaining an accurate, detailed client book for an active, repeat customer base.
  9. Make cold calls or perform warm outreach, using outside-the-box thinking to develop new and unique sales tactics.
  10. Work with other sales team members to collaborate on industry-specific outreach efforts.

Your Profile

  1. 2-3 years of experience in sales, ideally in SaaS software solutions.
  2. Experience in closing enterprise-level deals.
  3. Strong ability to analyze business opportunities effectively.
  4. Native or very good Greek and German language skills along with proficiency in English.
  5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  6. Technical understanding and affinity for innovative technologies.
  7. Willingness to travel to other German regions and ability to travel 50-70% of the time.
