As we continue to grow internationally, we're looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid acquisition strategy across multiple digital channels.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, and other relevant channels.
- Own customer acquisition strategy with a strong focus on profitable growth, ROAS, CAC, and lifetime value.
- Manage campaign budgets and allocate spend across channels to maximize performance.
- Launch and optimize prospecting, retargeting, shopping, video, and catalog campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement data-driven improvements.
- Work closely with our creative team to develop high-converting ad creatives, videos, and landing page concepts.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and campaign structures.
- Monitor attribution, conversion tracking, and analytics using GA4, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and similar tools.
- Stay up to date with platform updates, new advertising formats, and industry best practices.
- Prepare regular performance reports and present actionable insights to the management team.
Your Profile
- 3+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (TikTok and Pinterest experience is a strong plus).
- Proven track record of scaling profitable e-commerce campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics including ROAS, CAC, CPA, CTR, CPC, CVR, and attribution.
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce businesses is highly desirable.
- Hands‑on experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Creative thinking combined with a data-driven approach to optimization.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
- Fluent English is required. German is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brands.
- Experience with influencer or creator collaborations.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo, email marketing, or CRM.
- Experience with Amazon Advertising is a plus, but not required.
- Experience producing or briefing UGC and short‑form video creatives.
