Your profile:
- Holder of a CFC as a HVAC technician, building draughtsman and specific training within a property management company; Federal diploma as a property manager is a plus - You have solid experience (at least 5 years) - You have good stress resistance and good priority management - You are organised, rigorous, methodical and conscientious - You are able to work quickly and independently - You have knowledge of tenancy law and its application - You have good general knowledge of building technology - You have perfect command of written French - You have perfect command of the Microsoft Office suite
Your mission:
- Ensure excellent relations with our owners, tenants and our socio-economic partners - Ensure the proper technical maintenance of buildings, plan the execution and ensure the follow-up of works - Draw up minutes, reports on the monitoring of managed buildings as well as an annual general assessment of their condition - Ensure the application and respect of rental rules and practices as well as safety standards - Draw up an annual general assessment of the condition of the buildings - Inform, reassure, support tenants regarding all interventions impacting their well-being; manage preliminary and final inspections - Prepare comparisons of offers and quotes; ensure receipt, follow-up and correct allocation of invoices - Manage building claims - Manage your secretarial activities and the follow-up of the building concierge services
