We generate our knowledge through our research activities, through projects conducted jointly with industry and economic circles, and we pass it on continuously to our students.Lecturer in Electric MobilityYour fields of activity with us- You teach in the field of the Automotive Engineering bachelor's program; you give courses in electrical engineering, measurement technology, and energy converters.- You support students in their project work and supervise bachelor's and master's theses.- You lead the E-Mobility Lab.- You acquire and carry out research projects independently in the field of vehicle technology.- You initiate and organize conferences, seminars, and company visits.- You support the recruitment of students and ensure public relations by representing the field of specialization and the institution to interested parties and our partners.Your background, ideally- Degree from a university at the MSc/UAS/ETH level in the field of automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or electrical engineering; long professional experience in vehicle engineering.- In-depth knowledge of mechanics as well as electric drives, power electronics, and electric machines; solid technical skills in digital data processing.- Pleasure in interacting with young students, experience in higher education; the certificate in university didactics can be obtained internally at the institution.- Experience in the acquisition and management of applied research projects, network of contacts in the automotive and/or mobility sector.- French or German with very good knowledge of the other language (languages of instruction: French and German); professional English.Some of our strengths- We conduct research activities in collaboration with the economy.- We develop useful solutions for the economy, culture, and society in general, on a regional, Swiss, and international level.- It is extremely interesting, demanding, and enriching work.- Our knowledge is up to the challenges of today, and we pass it on to those who study at the institution or who are improving their skills while working.- We have big plans for the future.- We join forces to contribute effectively to the development of a sustainable society that is health-conscious and distinguished by its digital transformation.- We thus create ideal perspectives to promote your action within our institution.- We accompany you during the recruitment process. jid2aa477aaen jit0730aen jpiy26aen
