What you’ll be doing here

1. Innovative and practice-oriented teaching and supervision of students at the Institute of Marketing & Global Management, in German and English, at Bachelor/Master/Continuing Education level
2. Conduct independent research in the main topics of the Global Management specialist group
3. Acquire and implement third-party funded research projects (e.g. SNSF, Innosuisse) and service projects (e.g. for business partners)
4. Contribute to shaping the thematic profile of the Institute of Marketing & Global Management in a dynamic team and represent the Institute internally and externally
5. Development and further development of courses

What you’ll bring with you

1. PhD in the subject area (e.g. Global Management, International Business, Intercultural Communication or Business Communication)
2. Strong stakeholder orientation beyond management (e.g. customers, employees, local communities)
3. Proven ability to acquire third-party funding and to publish in renowned international journals
4. Relevant practical experience in the subject area, ideally outside academia
5. Enjoy teaching and have didactic skills
